What we do not clean?
- Areas under furniture unreachable by vacuum
- Laundry, folding, or hanging clothes, towels, or bed sheets
- Exterior windows or walls
- Inside cabinets (including china cabinets)
- Inside closets (vacuumed/mopped only if empty)
- Outdoor areas (front/back door step only)
- Under heavy furniture
- Small loose items — toys, books, shoes, etc.
- Hand-washing dishes (placed in dishwasher only)
- Books (not removed from shelves)

What is the cost of my cleaning?
Pricing depends on the size of your home, its current condition, and the services you choose. We offer flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. Call us at +1 (929) 382-0802 for a free, no-obligation quote — we’ll give you a clear price before we book anything.
Should I tip my cleaner?
Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. If you’d like to show your appreciation, 15–20% of the cleaning price is a kind gesture. Please leave cash in a clearly labeled envelope — we don’t accept card tips at this time.
What if something in my home gets broken?
We treat your home with the utmost care. In the rare event that something is damaged, we’ll leave it visible with a note and contact you to arrange a damage report and replacement. Accidents are rare — but when they happen, we take full responsibility, every time.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — many of our clients aren’t home when we clean. As long as we have a way to access your home (a spare key or door code), we’ll take care of everything and leave it spotless
